(1).About Exchange

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the replica items you received, you may return it for an exchange under the below conditions:
A.Return requests should be emailed to fforwest.com@gmail.com within 3 days after your order was delivered to you.
B.Items should be returned in unused condition and original packaging.
 
C.If the products you get do not fit you perfectly,or you do not like the style after you get it,and ask for exchange, please make sure all return items that must maintain its original status, and all tags attached. And you should pay for the returning shipping fee. After we get the parcel,we will prepare for the delivery and re-send new products in 72 hours,then we will email the tracking numbers for you to check after we re-send it.
D.In case the products arrive with damages, wrong delivery or mismatched models,exchange or refund is 100% guaranteed.However, we would not hold responsibility for damages caused by malice action(by customer herself/himself),any exchange or refund would be rejected.
E.For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts.
F.For exchange cases, please send the product back first and provide us a delivery tracking serial number and the link where to track this. We will have a new product dispatched to you as soon as we receive the return package.

A.If for any reason you were not satisfied with an item, you can return it and claim for a refund. Please return to us within 3 days (from the date of receipt).We are not responsible for the return shipping fee.Hope you can understand.In case the products arrive with damages,wrong delivery or mismatched models, exchange or refund is 100% guaranteed.

Manufacturers' defects are covered under warranty claims.This does not include water, fire or chemical damage, intentional damage,or general wear and tear (such as scratches, fading of the colors etc.).If there were any damages due to shipping mishandling, please E-mail us once you receive the package.
C.If the product is genuinely defective in nature,we will send you a replacement of the exact same model as soon as possible.If that model is out of stock, then you can choose another product of the same value.
D.Please insure your return of products for warranty claims.We are not responsible for shipping losses and damages.The product must be post-marked no later than 7 business days from the day you received it.
E.Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition and the item(s) matches the item(s) on our Order Records.
F.All images displayed on our site are digital photos taken by us. Because of conditions of light and background,they might look a little different from what they really do in the real world.This would not be a reason for exchange or refund request.
G.If the product is returned due to the reason that customer didn't sign for it,further refund request will be deducted shipping fee.
H.When refund is processing,please be noted that you should send the product back to us,providing a tracking serial number and racking link. When the product arrives, we'll issue a refund within 24 hours
